A post-doctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Ji Zhang, at the Alan Edwards Centre for Research on Pain (McGill University), to participate in studies concerning the roles of glial cells and the impact of neuro-immune interaction in chronic pain. A person with significant background in rodent surgery/behavioral analysis, brain/spinal cord histology with confocal microscope skill is desirable. Practical experience in molecular biology is strongly preferred. It is essential that the candidate is self-motivated, organized and possess scientific problem solving skills. Excellent communication and presentations are required.
